AI Voice Agents

Answer every business call, including the ones after hours

A Flasin voice agent picks up your inbound calls, answers the questions you answer twenty times a week, books into your real calendar, and passes anything that needs a person to a person — with the context already gathered.

  • Built on your services, hours and policies
  • Books into your existing calendar
  • Escalation rules you define

Example call — clinic reception

Illustration, not a recording

  1. Caller:

Hi, I'd like to book a cleaning appointment.

  2. Agent:

Happy to help with that. Have you been to us before, or would this be your first visit?

  3. Caller:

    First visit.

  4. Agent:

Then I'll book a first-visit appointment, which runs a little longer. I have Thursday at 2pm or Friday at 10am — which suits you better?

  5. Caller:

    Friday at 10 works.

  6. Agent:

Booked for Friday at 10am. You'll get a confirmation by text shortly. Anything else I can help with?

What it does

A phone line that behaves like a well-briefed colleague

Most missed revenue on a business phone line is not a hard call. It is a routine one that arrived while everyone was busy — an opening-hours question, a booking request, a caller checking whether you handle their situation. Those calls go to voicemail, and a good share of them never call back.

A voice agent takes that traffic. It is briefed on your services, pricing rules, hours, locations and booking policies, it speaks in a natural back-and-forth rather than a phone menu, and it can act: check real availability, create the appointment, take the caller's details, open a record in your CRM.

It is not a replacement for your team, and we do not build it as one. The value is that the calls only a person should take reach that person faster, with the routine ones already handled and the context already written down.

Calls it typically takes over

  • Inbound calls during busy periods, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • The same twenty questions about services, hours, location and policy
  • Appointment booking, confirmation and rescheduling
  • Qualifying a new enquiry before it reaches your team
  • Routing a caller to the right person or department
  • Taking a message and scheduling a callback when nobody is free

Which of these are in scope is decided during discovery, not assumed. Anything sensitive is designed to reach a person.

Capabilities

What the voice agent can actually do on a call

Every item here is a call-handling behaviour we configure per deployment, not a feature list borrowed from a platform.

Answer inbound calls

Picks up immediately, at any hour, and handles several callers at the same time instead of putting the second one in a queue.

Answer your common questions

Trained on your services, hours, locations, pricing rules and policies — so the answer a caller gets is the answer your team would give.

Qualify the caller

Asks the questions that decide whether an enquiry is a fit, and records the answers so nobody has to ask them a second time.

Book appointments

Checks real availability in your scheduling system, books the slot, and confirms it back to the caller before the call ends.

Route and transfer

Sends the call to the right person or department when a human is the right answer, with what the caller has already said passed along.

Handle after-hours calls

Takes the enquiry outside business hours, books where it can, and schedules a callback where it cannot.

Write up the call

Produces a structured summary after every call — who called, what they wanted, what was agreed, what happens next.

Follow up automatically

Triggers the confirmation, the reminder or the callback task in the systems your team already works in.

Serve callers in other languages

Additional languages are configured per deployment. We confirm which ones are in scope, and test them, before launch.

Capabilities are configured for your business during implementation. We agree what the agent handles, and what it must always hand to a person, before it takes a live call.

How it works

Caller → voice agent → your business rules → your systems

The agent is not a chatbot with a phone number attached. It sits between the caller and the systems your business already runs on, and it follows rules you set.

01

Caller

An inbound call to your existing number, at any hour.

  • New enquiry
  • Booking request
  • Question about your service
02

Flasin voice agent

Understands what the caller wants and confirms the details it needs.

  • Listen and understand
  • Confirm the details
  • Qualify the enquiry
03

Your business rules

Your policies decide what happens next — not the model's judgement.

  • Hours and availability
  • Routing and escalation
  • What must reach a person
04

Your systems

The result lands where your team already works.

  • Calendar booking
  • CRM record
  • Call summary
05

Your team

The calls that need a person reach one, already briefed.

  • Warm transfer
  • Callback task
  • Follow-up

Every deployment defines its own escalation rules. A caller who asks for a person, or raises anything outside the agreed scope, is routed to one.

Business use cases

Built for businesses where a missed call is a lost customer

The pattern is the same across all of them: high call volume, routine questions, and a calendar that has to stay accurate.

Clinics & practices

New patient intake and booking

Handles new and returning patient bookings, answers questions about hours, location and what to bring, and routes clinical questions to staff.

Professional services

First-contact enquiry screening

Screens a new enquiry against the criteria your firm actually accepts, books the consultation, and routes the caller to the right practice area.

Real estate

Listing enquiries and viewings

Answers questions about a listing, qualifies buyer or tenant intent, and books viewings into the agent's calendar around the clock.

Home & trade services

Service call intake

Captures the job, establishes urgency, gathers the address and access details, and books or dispatches according to your rules.

Hospitality

Reservations and guest questions

Takes reservations, answers questions about hours, menus, amenities and parking, and passes group or special requests to a manager.

Support lines

Tier-one call handling

Resolves the repeat questions, collects what a specialist would ask for anyway, and escalates the rest with a written summary attached.

Sales teams

Inbound lead qualification

Qualifies campaign calls the moment they arrive, so the follow-up happens while the caller still has the ad on screen.

Any business

After-hours coverage

Covers evenings, weekends and holidays with the same answers and the same booking rules your team uses during the day.

Integrations

The agent is only useful if the booking is real

A call that ends in a confirmed calendar slot and a CRM record is worth something. A call that ends in a notification for somebody to action later is not.

Scheduling

Check real availability, book, confirm and reschedule during the call.

  • Google Calendar
  • Calendly
  • Acuity Scheduling
  • Jane App

CRM & sales

Create the contact, log the call, attach the summary, route the lead.

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce

Notifications & follow-up

Send the confirmation, alert the on-call person, open the callback task.

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Slack

Anything with an API

Most businesses run at least one system nobody else has. Where it exposes an API, the agent can read from it and write to it — and where it does not, we say so before the project starts rather than after.

Named systems are integrated per deployment using their public APIs. Flasin is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any of them.

Implementation

How a voice agent gets built

Five stages, in this order, on every deployment. What changes between projects is scope, not sequence.

  1. 01

    Understand

We listen to how your calls actually go — what people ask, what they book, what has to reach a person — and agree the scope of the agent in writing.

  2. 02

    Build

We build the call flows on your services, hours and policies, and connect the calendar, CRM and notification systems the outcome has to land in.

  3. 03

    Test

We run the agent through real call scenarios including the awkward ones — interruptions, unclear requests, out-of-scope questions — and tune until the handling is right.

  4. 04

    Launch

The number goes live, your team gets a walkthrough of the summaries and the escalation path, and we monitor the first days of real calls closely.

  5. 05

    Improve

Real calls show what the agent got wrong. We review transcripts with you and tighten the flows on an agreed cadence.

How long each stage takes depends on how many call types are in scope and how quickly integrations can be approved on your side. We give you a timeline after discovery rather than a number on a web page.

Security & oversight

A voice on your phone line needs boundaries

An agent that speaks to your customers is speaking as your business. These are the limits we build in by default.

Defined scope

The agent answers from the material you approve. Questions outside that scope are routed to a person rather than guessed at.

A person is always reachable

Any caller who asks for a human gets one — a transfer, a callback, or a message taken. That path is never removed to improve a metric.

Written record of every call

Transcripts and structured summaries mean you can check what the agent said, not just what it was supposed to say.

Least-privilege integrations

Calendar and CRM connections request the narrowest access the workflow needs, rather than blanket account-wide permissions.

Retention decided with you

How long recordings, transcripts and caller details are kept is a decision we make with you during implementation, not a default you inherit.

Human review where it matters

For anything with real consequences we design a review step instead of letting the agent commit your business to it unattended.

These are the practices we build to, not certifications we hold. Flasin has no SOC 2 report, ISO certification or HIPAA attestation. If your business requires a specific compliance framework, raise it in discovery and we will tell you plainly what is and is not achievable within scope.
